I hope to be with this company for the rest of my working years, and am looking forward to growing and progressing with the company, and continuing to learn from everyone I work with after all we all have something a little different to offer, - more. I have never felt so ethically comfortable with a company in my entire 8 year career as a PTA. The entire medical teams' only goal is to get the patients better and back to work. I have worked for companies in the past where the main goal of treatment seemed to be to drag the treatment out as long as possible to get more money, but that is absolutely not the case with NOVA. The treatment philosophy of NOVA fosters an entirely patient focused, ethical and accelerated progress of the patients and on educating them on their condition and how to manage it. Even now I appreciate the challenges that are offered by the PT staff and the vast opportunities that NOVA has to offer. The management team that trained me, the PT staff and supportive staff were all very kind and patient with me. I'll admit I was nervous, but so thrilled when they offered me the job. It was obvious to me that they weren't just looking for anybody, but someone who would fit in with their treatment philosophy and current staff. The face to face interview process was very thorough. She was always honest with me and kept a constant line of contact, even up to the day before I offically started my employment. The HR representative who started the interview process with me was very kind and thorough. From the very beginning, I was determined to obtain employment with NOVA.
